We are conducting a 2 day filmmaking workshop to help you harness the power of visual storytelling. The sessions will cover the basics of film making which includes: Story-telling, Camera, Direction, Editing, Production and also Raising Funds to make your film and ways to Promote & Distribute it.
The workshop aims to help you create compelling videos on work and issues that you are passionate about. In a digital age, visual storytelling can help in expanding one’s network exponentially and aid in raising funds, outreach, creating awareness, brand building, attracting volunteers and finding the right support. This workshop is ideal for startups, social entrepreneurs and dreamers.

Film-making Workshop Requirements
Here’s a small list of things you need in order to take the full benefit of our workshop.
1. Commitment.
2. A handycam / digital still camera or cell phone that records video.
3. A Laptop which has free editing softwares like movie-maker or imovie.
*Note: No prior experience in film-making is necessary, but if you have made films earlier, it will be an added bonus. Having a laptop and camera is helpful but not essential. We will be working in groups and some participants may share resources.
