Filmkaar
Filmkaar is a production company set up to make extraordinary films with ordinary people. Films are a very powerful medium to reach out to people and transform minds. But very few filmmakers realize their responsibility to society. To create socially meaningful cinema we work with various communities to make interesting fiction films.

Nitin Das
Nitin Das (filmkaar) is an alumunus of IIM Lucknow (batch of 2000). He worked in the corporate sector for 5 years and his last assignment was with India Today as a Brand Manager. He has done a filmmaking course from New York and has an interesting repertoire of films to his credit. Nitin is an Asia Society Fellow and has won a special award by the British Council for creative entrepreneurship in the social sector.
